STUDY ON THE AREA TIE-LINE CONTROL PERFORMANCE OF NORTHEASTERN ELECTRIC POWER NETWORK

摘要 为了探索一种适合东北电网运行管理体制改革要求的区域联络线控制策略,深入分析和比较了国外电网常用的两种区域联络线控制策略。结合东北电网的具体情况,给出了在修正的目标函数下的区域联络线控制策略,该控制策略有利于电网可靠运行、提高电能质量、降低发电成本。 To explore an area tie-line control performance that can meet the demands of structure reforms of Northeastern Electric Power Network. this paper analyzes and compares performances of two commonly used area tie-line control of foreign electric power network. Based on the foreign matured experience and the particular conditions of Northeastern Electric Power Network, an area tie-line control performance that is CPS control performance is presented under the adjusted objective function. The CPS control performance is beneficial to the reliable operation of power network. It can not only improve the quality of power supply but also decrease the cost of electric energy.
