摘要
测定４０岁以上６２例冠心病患者的血脂三项指标（包括血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇），并与对照组进行了比较。分析所得数据，作者得到结果如下：冠心病组的甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与对照组比较均有非常显著的差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示甘油三酯及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇对冠心病具有重要的临床应用价值。努力降低甘油三酯及提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇无疑对冠心病的预防和治疗起到积极作用。
The blood-lipoids, including TC,TG,HDL-C,were obtained in plasma of 62 patients(age>40) of coronary heart disease and 37 patients(age>40) in control group.Analysing these data,we have got the result that the TG and HDL-C of all patients who suffered from coronary heart.disease are significantly different from those in ontrol group(p<0.01).It suggest that the TG and HDL-Care very valuable in diagnosing and curing above disease.Besides,it will play a positive role for prevention and treatment of the coronary heart disease to reduce TG and increase HDL-C in plasma.
