摘要
以青龙胶囊口服,治疗150例高脂蛋白血症.用药4～12周,总有效率83.4%.其中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)平均下降4.5%、18%及6.9%,总胆固醇与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的比值(TC/HDL—C)下降9.3%.并对青龙胶囊调脂机制进行探讨.
Observing the change of serum lipid in the treatment of 150 cases of hyperlipoidmia with oral Qing Long snake venoms capsules . After 13 treatment courses of Qing Long capsules. the results showed that total effective rate was 83. 4% , among them 4. 5% of TC been reduced. marked effective rate for TG and LDl-c been reduced is 18. 0% and 6. 9% , and 9. 3% of CT/HDL ratio has been reduced. For them Qing Long capsules is very effective adjusting drug. Also in this article we probed into the improvement of serum lipid metabolism mechanism with Qing Long capsules.
