摘要
应用SolidWorks软件对集装箱双面吊的吊臂连杆机构进行运动仿真,根据吊臂连杆机构的结构和工作原理,应用SolidWorks软件建立各零部件的三维实体模型并进行装配,应用COSMOSMotion进行运动仿真,对关键零部件的运动关系、位移、速度、加速度进行分析,为吊臂连杆机构的优化设计提供参考依据。
The software SolidWorks is applied to kinematics simulation on mechanical linkage of container double-side loading/unloading trailer boom. Based on the mechanism and working principle of mechanical linkage of the boom,SolidWorks is applied to build 3D solid model of each parts and make assembling; COSMOSMotion is applied to kinematics simulation,in order to analyze motion relationship,displacement,velocity,and acceleration for key parts and provide reference for the optimal design of the boom linkage mechanism.
