摘要
采用实验研究法对1453名中学生进行为期5个月的体育与健康运动处方的干预教育。研究目的旨在探讨在体育教育中融入运动处方教育的形式和方法,及其对改善中学生身心理健康的作用机制和影响维度。结果表明,在课内外体育锻炼中,应用体育与健康运动处方,不但能够有效提高学生参加运动的系统性和科学性,而且具有较好地锻炼效果,有利于学生学习和掌握健康身心的自我锻炼技能。
With the experimental research method, 1453 middle school students receive the intervention education of sport and health prescription for 5 months. The purpose is to probe into the educational form and methods of exercise prescriptions in physical education and the function mechanism and influencing degrees of improving the physical and psychological health of middle school students. The results indicate that using the sport and health prescription can not only effectively make students' exercises more systematic and scientific, but also make the effects of exercises good. This prescription can help students to learn and master the exercise skills of improving the physical and psychological health.
