摘要
采用实验研究法,在体育与健康课程中,采用运动处方教学方式,对中学生进行健康干预教育,探讨维双向的复合性运动处方在我国基础教育体育课程中的实施形式和方法,及其对改善中学生身心健康的作用机制和影响维度。结果表明,在课内外体育活动中,应用体育与健康运动处方,不但能够有效提高学生参加运动的系统性和科学性,而且具有较好的锻炼效果,有利于学生学习和掌握健康身心的自我锻炼技能。
Using the experimental research method, this article adopted the intervention sport and health prescription to middle school students in physical and health curriculum.The purpose aimed at probing into the movement prescriptions' educational form and method in physical education. Then the function mechanism and influencing aspects which improved the health of middle school student' s body and mind were discussed.The results indicated that using the sport and health prescription not only could improve the science that students participate in the movement effectively, but also effect is strong. This prescription could help students to study and master how to remain health body and mind themselves.
