电刺激丘脑底核对癫痫大鼠神经递质的影响

摘要
我们对正常及癫痫大鼠STN核应用不同频率的电刺激,通过微透析的方法收集黑质网状部(SNr)、苍白球(GP)区细胞外液,采用高效相色谱仪(HPLC)检测谷氨酸(Glu)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的含量变化,探讨STN电刺激治疗癫痫的可能机制。
