摘要
从唯物主义认识论立场探讨中医现代化问题;讨论了中医学的现实和理论危机以及当前对中医现代化的若干不正确认识;运用唯物主义认识论的方法分析中医学的本质,认为中医学的两个本质在于面向“状态”和充分依赖机体自我修复能力的治疗方式,中医现代化过程中应该坚持这两个本质特性而扬弃传统中医中的古代哲学;在此基础上提出了中医现代化可能的实践方案。
To discuss the modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） from the the viewpoint of materialism. Firstly the realistic and theoretical crisis of TCM and several incorrect opinions on this topic are discussed; then to analyse the essence of TCM from materialist viewpoint and conclude that the essence of TCM lies in two features. One is that the diagnosis and therapy of TCM are all directed to the status of the body; the other is that the TCM treatment strongly depends on the body＇s recovery capability. To suggest that in the course of modernization of TCM these features should be insisted on and the basis of ancient philosophy be abandoned. A possible solution to the modernization of TCM is also presented.
