摘要
从西医对非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床分类来说,"肝癖"不单是指单纯性脂肪肝、脂肪性肝炎,还包括了相关肝硬变及肝细胞癌,故"肝癖"一名符合该病演变的整个过程。"肝癖"病名囊括了非酒精性脂肪性肝病病因病机、症状特点及疾病演变规律。然而"肝癖"病名如何更全面、更系统地反应非酒精性脂肪性肝病发生、发展的规律,怎样赋予其新的内涵,仍需通过临床应用和验证,不断修定和完善。
According to the clinical classification of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease from the aspect of Western medicine, fatty liver includes not only simple fatty liver and fatty hepatitis, but also related cirrhosis and hepatic cell cancer. Therefore, the concept of fatty liver also conforms to the evolution process of the disease, and includes non-alcoholic fatty liver disease pathogenesis, symptoms and disease evolution and law. However, how does the name of fatty liver reflect the occurrence and development of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease more comprehensively and more systematically, and how does it give a new meaning still need clinical application and validation to make it constantly revised and improved.
