工作场所暴力的发生机制及防范策略——基于组织公正视角的探讨 被引量:7

摘要 本文以心理契约为基础,从组织公正的三个方面来研究工作场所暴力的发生机制,指出组织不公正会引发员工越轨行为和组织报复行为,进而诱发工作场所暴力,在此基础上提出了防范工作场所暴力的措施。
