西方组织报复行为理论研究述评 被引量:14

摘要 组织(成员)报复行为(以下简称组织报复行为)是组织成员在感知到不公平后对组织及其代表采取的惩罚性行为。组织报复行为的发生具有隐蔽性,往往难以发现,而它对组织可能造成的危害却是巨大的。本文对相关研究进行了比较全面的综述,论述了组织报复行为的内涵、产生原因、后果及其测量和防范,以期为该领域的深入研究提供有益的启示。
