摘要
对万寿菊两用系W205的遗传规律及植物学特征进行了研究,结果表明:W205是一对基因控制的隐性核不育两用系,其遗传由质量性状控制,为主效基因,符合孟德尔遗传规律。不育株与可育株的性状差异仅表现在雄花器上,雄花没有花瓣,不产生花粉。
The genetic regulations and the botanical characteristics of marigold W205 male sterile material were studied. The results showed that genetic analysis indicated that marigold W205 AB line was controlled by a pair of ressesive gene which was major gene. The inheritance of the male sterility was true of Mendel＇s law. The only difference is on the male organs. There is no flowers of sterile W205 line and couldn＇t produce pollens.
