摘要 选择生态遗传雄性不育系的一般方法为:根据植物品种雄性发育对于生态条件的要求,把植物远缘杂交、两系不育系转育、辐射、诱变后代等的分离世代种植于不育条件下,对所出现的不育株进行强迫自交,或给其以可育条件,使其迟发花在正常条件下发育而得到自交种子,以后各代在可育条件下种植,选择优良可育株,直至稳定。稳定株系的部分种子在不育条件下鉴定,选择雄性败育彻底且适于异交者。 The main method for selecting ecological-genetical male-sterile lines is to grow the segregated generations from distant hybridization,induced mutation or male sterility transfomation according to the ecological requirement for developing male organs of a crop variety under the conditions of developing male sterility,to find the male-sterile plants and force them self-pollination or change the ecological conditions to get the self-pollinated seeds from the tardy flowers,then grow all the generations under the normal conditions and select the fine fertile plants until their agronomic characters become stable,finally to cbserve and identify the male-sterility of the stable lines above-mentioned on the environment for develo-ping male sterility and select those having thorough sterility and suitable for cross pollina-tion。
