摘要
采用超临界反应装置测定了吸热型碳氢燃料HDF-1的氧化安定性能.结合吸光度分析结果、红外谱图以及氧化沉积量的测定结果,考察了2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)对燃料氧化安定性能的影响.结果表明,如果反应时间为3 h,BHT能够将燃料的氧化沉积量降低64%,有效地提高燃料的氧化安定性能,但BHT对缓解燃料颜色变化并无明显效果.
The endothermic hydrocarbon fuel HDF-1 is of a kerosene type. As the fuel is heated, the dissolved oxygen in the fuel begins to react with the fuel. To study the thermal stability of HDF-1, a static state method under supercritical condition was set up. The oxidation products of the fuel were analyzed by using UV-2800 and infrared spectrometers. The results showed that some oxides appear in the fuel after thermal-treatment. To avoid peroxide production, a specific antioxidant additive BHT was added on the fuel in a concentration 24 μg/ml. The results showed that BHT can reduce the quantity of oxidant deposits by 64 %, and the thermal stability of the endothermic hydrocarbon fuel HDF-1 can be improved by suitable antioxidants.
