摘要
超临界条件下CO2和原油互溶性强,可使得原油黏度降到1/10。因此采用超临界CO2实现稠油长距离降黏输送是可行的。利用试验环道通过实验的方法对CO2稠油降黏效果进行了分析,并且分析了压力温度对降黏率的影响,得到了超临界CO2超稠油降黏特性,并推荐了溶解后稠油黏度的计算模型。
Under CO2 supercritical conditions, it can be strongly soluble in oil crude, and the crude oil volume expansion from 1.4 to 1.6 times, the viscosity of crude oil dropped to than 1/10. Therefore, heavy oil with super- critical CO2 to achieve long distance transmission viscosity reduction is feasible. Experimental loop is constructed for heavy oil viscosity reduction test. The effects of CO2 under different pressure and temperature conditions are an- alyzed, and the viscosity reduction ratios are also obtained. It can be drawn the conclusion that the supereritieal CO2 can greatly decrease the heavy oil viscosity, and the viscosity reduction ratios can reach 85%. Also the calcu- lation model for the reduced viscosity is recommended.
