摘要
土地产权安排是我国农村经济社会变迁的重要内容。本文首先对近年来我国农村土地制度研究总体趋势进行了分析,并以“地方不同土地产权安排试验、国家制度选择及其实施状况、制度文本中土地产权缺陷研究及其进一步改革方向”为主线,对我国农村土地产权安排的实践与理论研究进行了回顾与梳理。
Land property rights system is very important to understand China＇ s rural development. This paper firstly analyzes the trends of studying rural land system, based on the subject ＂tries in different district, national choice, the limitations of property rights system and direction of reform＂, and reviews and summarizes the advances in the theoretical and practical study of rural land property rights in recent years.
