摘要
由于改革开放不断深入,处于经济社会变迁之中的土地承包经营权制度的不适在所难免。在新的社会条件下,允许土地承包经营权抵押、保持土地承包经营权长期不变,以及进一步强化妇女土地权利,已经成为可能和必要。
With the deepening of reform and opening up, changes of economy and society has brought about some problems with regard to the system for the right of land contractual operation. Under the new social conditions, to allow the mortgage of the right, keep it fixed for a long time, and further strengthen womeng right in this regard have all turned out to be of possiblity and necessity.
