Influence of MgO-Based and Al_2O_3-Based Refractories on the Phosphorus Co ntent of Molten Steel

摘要 探讨了MgO-CaO、MgO-Al2O3和Al2O3-MgO耐火材料对82B钢中磷的影响。利用化学分析、扫描电镜和能谱分析等检测手段测定了82B钢水在中频炉中经1450℃冶炼80min后耐火材料内衬成分变化及钢中磷的变化,还探讨了MgO-CaO材料的脱磷机理。结果表明,MgO-CaO材料中的游离CaO能吸附钢中P,达到脱磷效果其中CaO含量30%的材料脱磷效果最佳达到61%。 The influence of MgO-CaO, MgO-Al2O3 and Al2O3-MgO refractories on the phosphorus content of 82B steel was studied. The changes in refractories composition and phosphorus in steel after smelting 82B steel in refractory crucibles at 1430-1450℃ for 80min in medium frequency induction furnace have been investigated by means of chemical analysis , SEM and EDAX. The dephosphorization mechanism of MgO-CaO materials was discussed. It is found that MgO-CaO materials can absorb phosphorus from the steel , and the dephosphorization ratio of MgO-CaO30 is 61%.
