MgO基和Al2O3基耐火材料对钢中硫的影响

INFLUENCING OF MAGNESIA AND ALUMINA BASED REFRACTORY ON THE S CONTENT IN MOLTEN STEEL

摘要 研究了不同MgO基和Al2O3基耐火材料对82B钢中硫的影响。利用化学分析、图像分析和扫描电镜等检测手段对中频炉冶炼前后内衬成分变化及钢中夹杂情况进行了研究。结果表明,含CaO耐火材料能吸附钢中硫,可起到提高钢中硫化物纯度的作用。 The influence of different refractory (Mabnesia and Alumina based) on the sulfur content in 82B steel has been studied. Changes of the refractory and inclusion in steel before and after the middle-frequency induction furnace smelt have been analyzed by chemical analysis, Image analysis and scan electron microscope etc. It has been found that CaO-containing refractory can absorb the sulfur content in metals, also has the effect on steel sulfide puritv.
