气幕挡墙中间罐数模仿真研究 被引量:2

Mathematical simulation of molten steel flow with gas blowing at tundish bottom

摘要 采用欧拉两流体模型以及多孔介质模型,通过数值模拟方法研究了在不同气幕挡墙配置方式下中间罐内钢液的流动特性。结果表明:当气幕挡墙代替坝时,不仅降低了成本,减少了钢液中非金属夹杂物,提高钢液洁净度,而且能够较好地延长停留时间,降低滞止区体积,有利于夹杂物上浮。 Eulerian multiphase model and porous media model were applied in the condition of different flow control device and the characteristics of flow in the tundish with gas blowing at the bottom was mathematically simulated. The rerults indicate that when dams are substiuted by gas curtain, the production cost and nonmetal inclusions decreased and the molten flow has the longest average residence time, the removal for the largest plug volume and the smallest dead volume. So it has good effect on inclusion average residence time is prolonged as well as the dead volume decreases.
