摘要
癫痫是神经系统功能异常常见病,严重危害人类健康。近年来,中医药在预防癫痫发作、提高疗效、减少抗痫药物毒副作用等方面取得较大进展。本文就神经递质、受体与离子通道、信号转导等方面总结了抗癫痫中药的作用机制。
Epilepsy is a family of neurological disorders that are common and harmful to human＇s health.At present, lots of researches have been done with Chinese drug therapy in preventing outbreak of Ep,to improve curative effect and reduce side effect of clinical treatment. This article is a summary on the action of anti- epileptic traditional Chinese medicines in recent years. Researches are mainly focus on the following aspects： accommodating neurotransmitter,recepter, ion channel and signal transduction.
