癫痫发病与细胞凋亡调控因子P53、Bcl-2、Bax关系的中西医研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 通过对近十年中外文献的分析归纳,总结了癫痫与细胞凋亡的关系;相关凋亡调控因子P53、Bcl2、Bax在细胞凋亡及癫痫发病中的作用,以及中医药抗痫治疗对细胞凋亡因子的干预作用研究现状,结果提示:P53、Bcl2、Bax在神经细胞凋亡中发挥着重要的调控作用,但其在癫痫发病机制中对神经元凋亡调控的作用机制及中医药干预研究尚属薄弱环节,有待今后进一步加强。
