摘要
目前,人力资源伦理问题已成为影响当代高科技产业可持续发展的重要因素。分析高科技产业人力资源经理在招募甄选、绩效考核、培训、离职等环节面临的伦理挑战,提出将伦理因素纳入制度流程、设立专业机构保障伦理管理、建立现代人力资源管理保密制度和设立高科技产业伦理性基金及专业伦理评估机构等措施,目的在于促进现代高科技产业人力资源经理的伦理实践。
At present, high -tech technology is the most vital industry in the knowledge -economy times and confronts questions of more complicated ethics. Human resource managers of high - tech industry undertake the double ethic responsibilities, namely the corporate stratagem and social accountability. Economic globalization makes the high - tech corporations think about more questions of the social ethics as regard to making choices of employees, namely a test of one's abilities or resources in a demanding but stimulating undertaking. But in the economic globalization times, questions of the ethics in human resource management have become definitive factors that have puzzled and restricted the exploitation and development of our high - tech industry. Then, this paper illustrates the questions of human resource managers' role orientation and value multiplication. In the 21st century, human resource managers in high - tech industry have to confront double challenges of corporate stratagem and ethics responsibilities.
