摘要
以硫二甘醇和3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙烯酸甲酯为原料,合成了新型抗氧剂——2,2’-硫代双[3-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸乙酯](简称SKY-1035),并讨论了原料配比、真空度和温度等因素对产率的影响。将该产品应用于交联聚乙烯绝缘料等塑料材料中进行试验,获得了较好的抗氧化结果,且合成工艺合理、产品质量稳定,具有良好的应用前景。
Using thiodiglycol and 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl methyl acrylate as raw material, the new antioxidant, 2,2-thiobis [ ethyl-3-( 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) propionate ] ( abbreviated as SKY-1035 ) was synthesized. The factors influencing on the yield were discussed, such as ratio of raw materials, degree of vacuum, reaction temperature, and so on. The good anti-oxidant results were shown when the product was applied to cross-linking PE insulator or other plastic materials. It was pointed out that the preparation technology was reasonable, quality of the product was stable, hence the prospect of application would wide.
