摘要
本研究以Wistar大鼠建立了强迫游泳、饥饿、创伤和乙醇中毒等不同应激反应的动物模型,观察其血浆和肝脏中锌、铁、铜、硒、镁等5种元素的含量变化以及肝脏合成金属硫蛋白的改变。实验结果表明,尽管在不同应激反应条件下几种元素的代谢变化各有差异,但肝内金属硫蛋白的含量却呈现一致改变,即所有4种应激反应都引起肝内金属硫蛋白含量增加。本研究结果提示,金属硫蛋白不仅对于微量元素代谢具有重要作用,而且在维护机体内环境稳定中也有重要功能。
ifferent stress models of Wistar rat were established under the conditi-ons of trauma, alcoholism,starvation and swimming to observe the effectof stress on the levels of five mineral elements and methallothionein (MT)in animal.The results showed that under the influence of stress,the concentrations.of zine,iron, copper,selenium and magnesium in plasma or liver changedto different extent.The MT content in liver of the anithal increased sign-ificantly in all experiments.The present study suggested that some mineral elements andmetallothion-ein play an important role in anti-oxidant function and homeostasisof body under stress.
