网格化城市管理模式是指建立在数字技术基础之上的,以单元网格管理为特征的一整套城市管理思路、手段、组织、流程的总称。介绍了网格化城市管理模式产生的背景及其特征、基本构成和关键技术,总结了网格化城市管理模式的作用和意义。
Urban Grid Management Mode （UGMM） is a set of urban management ideas, tools, organizations and flow which is on the base of digital technologies and takes grid management as its basic character. The article introduces the features, composition of UGMM and key technologies for UGMM,and it summanzes the function and significance of UGMM.
