摘要
随着城市地下空间开发数量的快速增长,地下空间的安全使用管理已成为政府和社会关注的重点之一,传统的管理手段和方法已经不能满足城市建设管理的需求。本文针对地下空间综合管理存在的问题,为了改进地下空间综合管理的模式和机制,运用信息系统开发的理论和方法进行分析和设计,提出建设地下空间网格化管理信息系统,为城市地下空间安全运行管理提供有力保障。
Along with the rapid growth of city underground space, security utilization management has become main focus of the government and society. Traditional means and method couldn＇t meet the requirement of urban construction and management. The article focuses on the key and difficult problem of integrated management of underground space. It is discussed in detail that how to improve the integration of underground space management with the management model and mechanism. Based on the theory and methodology of information system development, the underground space grid management system is analyzed and designed, in order to assure and support security application of urban underground space management.
