摘要
在对各种摆线分析比较的基础上,提出采用短幅内摆线作为原始齿形曲线用于定子骨线设计,其共轭曲线用于转子的双头单螺杆泵设计。推导出这种双头单螺杆泵的转子和定子线型的数学方程式,并利用Pro/E对其进行虚拟建模,为双头单螺杆泵的加工及改进提供参考。
A short amplitude cycloid is used to be the primary gear form for stator and the conjuration gear form using on rotor on the basis of the analysis and compare of all kinds of cycloids. The expressions of linear of stator and rotor are derived and being dummy modeling with the Pro/Engineer wildfire aiming at offering the reference for future process and amending of the double helix single screw pump.
