摘要
通过对单螺杆泵啮合过程中流动接触点相对滑动速度和固定接触点综合曲率的分析,得出提高流动接触点最小相对滑动速度就有利于延长单螺杆泵的使用寿命的结论,并给出了型线优化的依据.
In this paper,we researched the comparatively slide velocity of the floating contact point and the integration curvature in the engagement process of the hypocycloid PCP.We can conclude that the minimum value of the comparatively slide velocity of the floating contact point should be increased in order to prolong the progressing cavity pump's working lifetime.In the end,we give the basis of line style Optimization.
