椭圆转子采油单螺杆泵线型分析 被引量:2

摘要 椭圆转子采油单螺杆泵是双头单螺杆泵的一种简化线型,加工方便,但是存在共轭线型不准确的弊端。结合双头单螺杆泵定子轮廓线的形成理论,利用相关软件,得到精确的定子轮廓曲线,并对1种油田实际应用的椭圆转子采油单螺杆泵进行误差分析。结果表明,Ф88.9mm(3(1/2)英寸)油管椭圆转子采油单螺杆泵定子在x=25.295mm处磨损最严重,线型误差最大;理论计算的排量值接近实际排量。 Elliptical rotor single oil progressing cavity pump (PCP) is a simplified curves of double oil PCP, with processing convenient, however,it exists its inaccuracy of conjugate curves. Accord- ing to the forming theory of two-headed single oil PCP,the relevant software was used to get ac- curate stator contour curve, and then to do error analysis for a kind of oil field practical application ellipse rotor single oil PCP. The results showed that the rubber of the tube with 3 and half inches wear was the most serious in the place of x= 25. 295 mm, as well as the largest curves error. The pump discharge for the ellipse rotor single oil PCP was close to the actual displacement numerically.
