引线框架材料是电子工业不可或缺的重要组成部分,而铜合金框架材料又占其中的大部分。介绍了国内外铜合金框架材料的主要种类和优缺点,并且对国内薄弱的方面作了分析和展望。
Lead frames, especially those made of copper alloys, are among the most important parts for electronic IC devices. The varieties and development of the copper alloys for lead frames are introduced with their prospects predicted.
