摘要
本文通过改变冷加工变形率和热处理温度,对IC引线框架材料(Ni42合金带材)的机械性能和显微组织的影响因素进行实验、研究和讨论,得出好的IC引线框架用Ni42合金带成品应处于冷轧硬态和完全退火软态之间的“中间”状态;指出小变形率冷轧+低温张力退火是获得良好性能指标的工艺关键。
Test and study were performed on affecting factors on mechanical propertl es and mlcrostructure by changing deformation degree of cold-rolling and heat-treatment temperature. We found that the end product of N142 alloy strip for IC-lead frame should be In a mid-state between hard-rolled state and soft-temperature state. It was also pointed out that the key technique for getting better performance Is combination of low deformation degree of cold-rolling and tension annealing at low temperature.
