摘要
就业指导是指一些社会组织,帮助人们走上职业道路的各种措施体系的总称,有广义和狭义之分。狭义就业指导,是给求职择业的劳动者传递就业信息,为其与职业的结合进行中介服务,帮助劳动者求职,实现就业。广义就业指导就是为劳动者选择职业、准备就业以及在职业中求发展、求进步提供知识、经验和技能。而高职院校的学生需要就业指导,其就业指导意义极为重要。
Employment guiding means general term of some social organizations, which help people to find jobs. It has broad sense and narrow sense. Narrow sense means supplying job-hunters with employment information, helping them find jobs and making their employment come true. Broad sense refers to choose occupation and prepare employment for job-hunters, and offer knowledge, experience and skills in their working. Therefore, it is very important for students to have employment guiding education in high vocational colleges.
