摘要
就目前高职院校开展的就业指导活动中存在的一些现状和问题,阐述加强就业指导工作的一些有效途径,提高就业指导工作针对性和实效性,帮助学生树立职业生涯发展目标,培养学生就业竞争能力,使学生找到适合自己发展的职业道路。
Based on the actuality and problems in higher vocational college students＇ career guidance, the paper sets forth some effective ways in strengthening the guidance work to improve its accuracy and actual effect, help the students have their own career development goals, cultivate their competitive power in job-hunting and make them find their proper career.
