摘要
加强高职生的就业指导是保证高职学生顺利就业、高职教育健康发展的需要。就业指导要针对学生中较普遍存在对职业期望值过高等心理问题,结合社会需求标准来开展。此外,就业指导教师队伍建设,是保证就业指导工作效果的重要方面。
Strengthening the employment instruction of higher vocational students is the requirement of guaranteeing students＇ successful employment and higher vocational education＇s healthy development. The employment instruction should aim at some common problems combined with social demand standard, such as students＇ high expectation for their jobs. What＇s more, the teaching staff construction of employment is the important aspect to guarantee the effect of employment instruction.
