血清淀粉样蛋白A在强直性脊柱炎疾病活动中的临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)在强直性脊柱炎(AS)疾病活动中的临床意义。方法对56例AS患者和其中20例经治疗病情好转者、30例正常对照,应用乳胶增强的速率散射比浊法定量检测血清SAA和CRP含量。结果AS患者血清SAA为48.2±34.1mg/L,明显高于正常对照组,SAA水平与CRP含量呈明显正相关;经治疗症状缓解后SAA水平下降,与活动期呈显著差异。结论血清SAA与AS患者病情的活动和进展有关,可作为评估AS患者炎症活动性和疗效的指标之一。
