摘要
不同阶段的教育具有不同的公共产品性质,区分义务教育和高等教育的公共产品性质,为实现教育投资主体多元化提供了理论上的支持,我国的现实国情和国力也决定了实现教育投资主体多元化的必要性。因此,在教育投资主体上划分不同的层次和类别,形成政府、社会、企业和个人多元投资教育的局面,是我国教育体制改革的重要内容。
Education of different stages has different characters of being public goods. Chinese current reality and comprehensive power have determined the necessity of multi - dimension of educational investors. Therefore, we have to discuss and classify the educstional investors which will be crucial and important for our govemment and society.
