摘要
在人才本地化的过程中,职教如何与普教协调发展具有重要现实意义。在对云南职业教育的现状和存在问题进行分析的基础上,指出云南职业教育的规模布局应按县、地(州、市)、省会分级来布置;在体系构建上,除提供必要的外部保障机制外,职业教育体系还要完善自身的层次结构,保证体系内中职、高职的衔接畅通,形成内部的一种良性循环,最终达到职教、普教两个体系并行不悖,协调发展。
In the process of talents localization, a harmonious development of vocational and general education is of practical importance. On the basis of an analysis of the status quo of existing problems of vocational education in Yunnan province, a scale arrangement of vocational education should be done in accordance with the division of administrative areas. In the system construction, besides a necessary exterior guarantee system, vocational education should perfect its own structures to ensure a reasonable linking of professional titles and form a good circulation, so as to achieve a harmonious development of the two systems of vocational and general education.
