摘要
采用MARC/superform软件对轮辋挤压成形进行了数值模拟,得到了变形过程的金属流动规律。在保证零件成形及能耗最小的前提下,获得了毛坯及模具锥角的最佳值。
The numerical simulation of extrusion process of the wheel rim was studied. The metal flow law of the extrusion process was obtained. The optimal billet and die angle were found at the least dissipation of energy in the condition that parts were formed.
