基于数值模拟的渐开线花键件凹模参数优化 被引量:3

Optimization of die parameters for involute spline part based on numerical simulation

摘要 基于弹塑性有限元数值模拟技术,使用MSC/SuperForm软件对传动轴渐开线花键冷挤压成形过程进行了数值模拟,在坯料直径、凹模入口半角和定径带宽度等参数已优化的前提下,选择了GTi50作为模具材料,比较了不同模具结构对挤压工艺的影响,结合传统的组合凹模计算方法,实现了模具结构的优化。工艺试验表明,模具结构优化合理,数值分析及计算准确。 Based on elastic-plastic FEM simulation technology, the simulation of cold extrusion process for involute spline of transmission by MSC/Superform was introduced. Provided that the parameters of billet diameter, die entrance half angle and working load of die were optimized, GTi50 was selected as die material, and the influence on extrusion process with different die structures was compared. Furthermore, integrating the calculation method of traditional combined die, the optimal parameters of die structure were obtained. It is shown by process tests that the cold extrusion process and die design are reasonable and the results of numerical simulation and analysis are correct.
