摘要
目的研究打箭菊总黄酮的最佳提取条件。方法以芦丁为指标,用紫外分光光度法对打箭菊总黄酮的提取方法进行系统研究。结果乙醇回流提取法最好,且以50%乙醇按1∶50的料液比、在100℃回流提取3 h的方法提取,得到的打箭菊中的总黄酮含量最高。结论打箭菊中总黄酮的最佳提取条件为B3C3A2D3。
Objective To study the optimum extracting condition of total flavonoids in Flos Pyrethri Tatsiertensis. Methods Using Rutin as the evaluating criteria, the extraction condition was studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The optimum extracting condition was as follows ：50% ethanol,solid-liquid ratio 1： 50 and refluxing and extracting for 3 h at 100℃. Conclusion The optimum extracting condition was B3 C3 A2 D3.
