常春油麻藤纤维素与半纤维素级分的热裂解动力学 被引量:1

摘要 研究了碱性过氧化氢法多级分离脱脂常春油麻藤纤维原料得到的四级纤维素和四级半纤维素的热裂解动力学特征。热重分析确定了四级纤维素和四级半纤维素的起始热分解温度、最大热分解温度和最终热分解温度。差示扫描量热分析表明,在-50~550℃范围内,四级纤维素和四级半纤维素的热分解依次经历冰晶融化、水分蒸发、熔融、高温热裂解和焦炭分解5个阶段,并确定了它们的熔融、裂解吸热峰的起始温度、峰值温度、终止温度和吸热焓。利用Kissinger法,分别计算了四级纤维素和四级半纤维素热分解反应的表观活化能和反应级数。 Pyrolytic kinetics of level 4 cellulose and hemicellulose isolated by alkaline hydrogen peroxide from Mucuna sempervirens fibers via fractional separation and degreasing were studied,and the initial decomposition temperature,maximum decomposition,final decomposition of level 4 cellulose and hemicellulose were determined by thermal gravimetry(TG).The thermal decomposition experienced five phases in the following order: ice crystals melt,water endothermic evaporation,fusing,thermal pyrolysis,and final hard coke thermolysis when the temperature ranging from-50 ℃ to 550 ℃,as indicated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The onset temperatures,peak temperatures,end temperatures and endothermic enthalpies of the fusing and thermal pyrolysis endothermic peak were also measured.The Kissinger equation was successfully applied to describe the thermal decomposition process of level 4 celluloses and hemicelluloses,and their kinetic parameters of apparent activation and reaction order were obtained.
