摘要
目的建立五味风湿胶囊中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法，VP-ODS柱，流动相为乙腈-0．1％磷酸（15：85），检测波长为238nm。结果栀子苷线性范围在0．15—0．64μg，r=0．9996，平均回收率98．32％，RSD=2．1％。结论此方法可用于五味风湿胶囊质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method to determine the content of gardenoside in Wuwei Fengshi Capsules. METHODS HPLC conditions were as follows： VP-ODS column, a mobile phase of CH3CN-0.1% H3PO4 （15： 85） ,and the wavelength at 238 nm. RESULTS Gardenoside was linear within the range of 0.15 - 0.64μg with a correlation coefficient of 0.9996. The average recovery percentage was 98.32% and RSD was 2.19%. CONCLUSION The method can be used effectively for the quality control of Wuweifengshi Capsules.
