摘要
目的建立舒郁胶囊的质控方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对舒郁胶囊中的酸枣仁、五味子、栀子3味药材进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对舒郁胶囊中的栀子苷进行含量测定。结果在舒郁胶囊中能检测到3味药材的特征斑点,栀子苷平均含量为每粒7.61mg;栀子苷在10～160mg·L-1内呈良好线性关系r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.53%,RSD为1.24%,n=6。结论方法简便可行,重现性好,可用于该药品的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish and study the quality methods for control of Shuyu capsules. METHODS Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Fructus Gardeniae in Shuyu capsules were identified by TLC and the concentration of geniposide in Shuyu capsules was determined by HPLC. RESULTS Characteristics of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis and Fructus Gardeniae in Shuyu capsules were identified by TLC. The average concentration of geniposide in Shuyu capsules was 7.61 mg. The geniposede showed a good linear relationship in the range of 10 to 160 mg.L^-1 （r=0.999 9） and average recovery was 98.53% （RSD=1.24%, n=6）. CONCLUSION This method is simple, repeatable,and satisfactory. It can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
