摘要
白酒酿造过程中排放的高浓废水属于易降解的有机废水。目前,生化法为白酒废水主要处理方法,采用预处理和后处理可进一步提高废水处理后的出水质量。介绍了白酒酿造过程中高浓度废水处理技术及白酒生产企业高浓度废水工程及治理措施。并展望了白酒工业废水处理方法的发展方向。
The discharged high-concentration wastewater in liquor-making is easily-degradable organic wastewater. Currently, the main treatment method for liquor-making wastewater is biochemical processing, and pre-processing and post-processing could further improve water quality. In this paper, the treatment methods and engineering control measures of high-concentration wastewater in distilleries were introduced. Furthermore, the development directions of liquor-making wasterwater treatment methods were discussed.
