D-乳酸与缺氧缺血性脑病新生大鼠肠屏障功能的关系 被引量:8

摘要 随着危重医学的发展,诸多学者关注胃肠道,尤其关注肠道的屏障功能。但目前针对缺氧缺血性脑病(hypoxicischemic encephalopathy,HIE)新生大鼠肠屏障功能改变的研究较少。本研究通过测定血浆D-乳酸水平的变化来了解HIE新生大鼠的肠屏障功能,为临床诊治提供理论依据。
