胆红素是分析化学和生化研究的重要试剂,是国内外紧缺的医药原料。本文概述了提取胆红素的原理,主要介绍了直接快速法提取胆红素的方法和工艺流程,该方法具有原料来源广泛、操作方便、快速稳定、产率高、质量好等优点,非常适宜乡镇企业生产。
