摘要
20世纪以来,知识经济已经成为一种主要的经济形态特征,人力资源的管理对象更多的是面对知识员工,然而知识员工离职率远远高于普通员工,如何留住知识员工已成了越来越多企业发展面临的关键问题。本文分析了知识员工的特点和提高知识员工忠诚度的必要性,并从内部营销的角度探索了提高知识员工忠诚度的有效措施,最后结合营销实践提出了建议。
Since 20 centuries, the dominating management object of the human resource is knowledgeable employees. However, the resignation rate of knowledgeable employees is far higher than common employee. How to keep knowl- edgeable employees has more and mere became a key problem to the development of enterprises. The article analyzes the knowledgeable employees' characteristics and the necessity of improving the knowledgeable employees' loyalty ,finally investigates 5 measures of improving the knowledgeable employees' loyalty from the angle of the internal marketing.
