摘要
本文简要介绍了企业价值观管理的基本原理及研究现状,指出了国内企业价值观管理研究存在的主要问题,探讨了今后的发展趋势。
This article sums up the basic principle and research status of enterprise value management, and summarizes main problems in the research of Chinese domestic enterprise value management, then refers developing trends in this field.
