摘要
采用本体聚合的方法制备端—NCO基的水固化预聚体聚氨酯,然后加入适当的填料和相关助剂,配制成单组分聚氨酯防水涂料。对涂料的固化工艺进行了探讨,通过材料力学性能的测试,讨论了其影响因素。结果表明,填料和助剂的品种,固化工艺对材料的性能均有较大影响。
Water--cured performed PU with -NCO group was prepared by bulk polymerization in this paper. Then some appropriate fliers and additive were added,and single component polyurethane waterproof coating were prepared eventually. The curing process of coating was discussed, and the affecting factors were discussed by means of testing on mechanical properties of the material. The result indicated that the breed of filer and additive or curing process both had great effect on properties of the material.
